FAQs
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is created using your own blood, which is processed to concentrate platelets and growth factors. When injected or applied with treatments like microneedling, PRP stimulates collagen production, accelerates healing, and promotes natural skin rejuvenation and hair regrowth.
PRP is commonly used to improve skin texture, fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, and under-eye
hollowness. On the scalp, PRP helps strengthen hair follicles, slow hair thinning, and promote thicker, healthier hair growth. Most patients benefit from a series of 3–4 treatments spaced about 4–6 weeks apart.
Maintenance treatments every 6–12 months help sustain long-term results for both skin and hair.Yes. PRP is very safe because it uses your own blood, eliminating the risk of allergic reactions
or rejection. Treatments are performed by trained medical professionals and are well tolerated by most patients.Downtime is minimal. You may experience mild redness, swelling, or tenderness for 24–72 hours depending on the treatment area. Most patients return to normal activities the same or next day.
