Crunchy Cajun Baked Fish
A super simple, fresh, and awesomely textured baked fish with the right amount of Cajun seasoning!
1 lb fish (tilapia, roughy, sea bass, etc.)
1 lemon, juiced
4 servings Melba toast, crushed
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine spices and Melba toast crumbs.
Dip fish in lemon juice and coat with spice mixture.
Place in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
