4 boneless, skinless organic chicken breasts (about 1½ lb total)
1 c fresh orange juice
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 cloves garlic, sliced
4 sprigs fresh thyme
Chopped chives for garnish
1. COMBINE orange juice, thyme, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in large zip-top bag or bowl.
2. ADD chicken breasts.
3. MARINATE 4 to 8 hours in refrigerator.
4. REMOVE chicken and pat dry.
5. BRUSH grill or grill pan with non fat spray and heat to medium.
6. ADD chicken and cook until golden, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Slice, then top with chives.
7. SERVE and enjoy eating hCG -friendly!
